Here at The Doggy Details, we believe in a personal touch and prefer to deal one on one with each customer. As such, our ordering system may be a bit different than what you're used to on other sites.
To order online, just click the Order button at the top, fill out the form, and submit. Kristi will review the order and contact you personally to confirm that everything came through as it should. After all the details have been worked out, she will send you an invoice that you can pay via PayPal, credit/debit card, or eCheck.
Prefer to order by phone? No problem! Just fill in our contact form to request a telephone call from Kristi for ordering. Make sure you give your phone number, or it might be hard to contact you!
All custom items are put into a production queue. Once payment is received, Kristi will begin work on your items. Due to the personal nature of the items available here, no work can begin without payment having been received. Kristi will keep you informed every step of the way, from receipt of payment, to creation of your items, to shipping, and a follow up to make sure you are happy with the finished product.

For large ceramics, we add a $5 surcharge for safe packing and shipping due to the special packaging these items require in order to arrive in perfect condition.
All packages ship USPS Priority Mail, USPS Global Priority for International orders, or UPS. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment, and delivery confirmation is required (no additional charge to you). Insurance optional, but recommended.
